5. Service Delivery Times

Credits or activations are usually delivered shortly after payment. If not received, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp or Telegram. Some services may take longer based on third-party providers. Delays do not automatically entitle cancellation until our supplier confirms failure.

6. Refund Policy

Most services are covered by our refund policy, valid for up to one month post-delivery. Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect customer/device information

  • Customer changes their mind after order

  • Incompatibility due to hardware/network issues

  • Services already delivered or consumed

  • Customer fails to follow service instructions

  • Device is blacklisted or blocked
    Refunds may require verifiable proof (e.g., screenshots or videos of steps taken).

7. Remote Support and Service Instructions

All services come with clear instructions. Some involve remote assistance using tools like UltraViewer or similar, with the customer’s full consent.  We do not access personal files or bypass security protections.

8. Data Backup

Customers are strongly advised to back up all personal data before using any service. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from software processes.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service and communication with customers who act abusively or fraudulently. In such cases, service access may be suspended without refund.

11. Disclaimers

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with mobile device manufacturers or carriers.
