Our platform is mainly built for GSM technicians, mobile phone repair shops, unlock service providers, and businesses that regularly use professional phone servicing tools.

Adding Funds & Credits

How do I add funds to my account?

After logging in, click the dropdown menu on the right side under your username and select Add Funds. Then choose how many credits you want to add and select your preferred payment method.

How many credits should I add?

It is usually better to keep some extra credits in your account, especially if you may need urgent services later and want to use a payment method that is not automatic or when our team is not online.

Are unused credits refundable?

Yes. If you no longer want to use your remaining credits, you can contact us and request a refund for unused credits. Refunds are usually sent using the same payment method used for the original payment, where possible.

What does “automatic” mean next to a payment method?

If a payment method is marked as automatic, your credits should normally be added to your account immediately after successful payment.

I selected an automatic payment method, but funds were not added. What should I do?

If this is your first payment, we may need to manually verify your account and enable automatic payments. Sometimes, a payment gateway error may also require manual checking. The fastest option is to contact us on WhatsApp at +40 747457488.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support multiple payment methods, including PayPal, card payments, USDT and other cryptocurrencies, SEPA bank transfer in EUR, USD wire transfer, Wise, and Payoneer.

Can I receive a business invoice?

Yes. We can provide official business invoices for customers who need accounting documents for their company or repair shop.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Bank transfer options are available, including SEPA in EUR and USD wire transfer. Wise and Payoneer may also be available depending on your location and order type.

Placing Orders

How do I place an order?

After logging in, go to Place an Order and choose the correct order type. Select the service you need, read the instructions carefully, enter the required details, and submit the order.

What is IMEI Service?

IMEI Service is used for services based on IMEI, such as checks or certain unlock services where the device IMEI is required.

What is Server Service?

Server Service is used for activations, credits, licenses, and software-related services such as Chimera Tool credits, Octoplus credits, UnlockTool services, and similar products.

What is File Service?

File Service is mainly related to older file-based services, such as Nokia SL3. This category is less commonly used today compared with IMEI and Server Services.

How do I find the right service?

The easiest way is to use the search bar and type a specific keyword. For iPhone unlock services, search by network or carrier name. For software credits, search by tool name such as Chimera, Octoplus, UnlockTool, or Z3X. If you do not find the service, try a similar word or contact us.

Order Status, Credits & Statement

Where can I see my credit history?

You can check your Statement section to see all credit operations, including credits added, credits used, refunds, returned credits, and order-related transactions.

What happens if a service does not work?

If a service cannot be completed, credits are usually returned automatically to your account. You can then use them for another service or request a refund if you no longer wish to use the remaining balance.

Can I use returned credits for another service?

Yes. Returned credits remain in your account and can be used for other available services on the platform.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation depends on the service status. If the order has not yet started or has not been processed by the supplier, cancellation may be possible. If the service is already processing or completed, cancellation may not be available.
